About the Journal

Indonesian Journal of Islamic Education (IJIE) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Department of Islamic Religious Education, Universitas Majalengka, Indonesia. IJIE publishes original research articles, systematic literature reviews, and conceptual studies in Islamic education and related fields.

The journal covers Islamic Religious Education, curriculum and pedagogy, assessment and evaluation, educational technology, teacher education, educational management, character education, early childhood Islamic education, educational innovation, policy, and contemporary issues in Islamic education.

All manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening and double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. IJIE is published three times a year (April, August, and November) under an open-access model.
