Eksplorasi Adversity Quotient dan Implikasinya Terhadap Keaktifan Belajar Siswa: Studi Kasus Di Salah Satu SMA Negeri Kabupaten Karawang

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya penguatan aspek nonkognitif dalam pendidikan, khususnya Adversity Quotient (AQ) yang berperan dalam membentuk ketangguhan dan keaktifan belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat AQ siswa SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Karawang serta menganalisis implikasinya terhadap keaktifan belajar di sekolah menengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket AQ yang mengukur empat dimensi utama, yaitu Control, Ownership, Reach, dan Endurance. Data dianalisis menggunakan nilai rata-rata, simpangan baku, serta pengelompokan kategori berdasarkan skor total AQ dan klasifikasi tingkat ketangguhan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat AQ siswa secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori sedang, dengan nilai rata-rata 157,11 dan simpangan baku 23,22. Klasifikasi lebih lanjut mengindikasikan bahwa mayoritas siswa (45 siswa) termasuk kategori Quitters, dua siswa tergolong Campers, dan tidak ditemukan siswa dalam kategori Climbers. Tingkat AQ yang sedang berkorelasi dengan keaktifan belajar yang masih bervariasi, menunjukkan perlunya strategi pembelajaran yang menumbuhkan ketangguhan akademik. Implikasinya, penguatan AQ perlu diintegrasikan dalam strategi pembelajaran melalui pendekatan reflektif, kolaboratif, dan berbasis pemecahan masalah.
