ANALISIS PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA PETANI DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS PERTANIAN

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and compensation on farmers’ performance in improving agricultural productivity. The research employed a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to farmers as respondents. The results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on farmers’ performance, and compensation also provides a positive and significant influence. Simultaneously, both variables contribute to improving farmers’ performance, which leads to increased agricultural productivity. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing motivation and providing adequate compensation to strengthen farmers’ performance sustainably.
