All manuscripts submitted to the International Journal of Innovative Elementary Education (IJIEE) will undergo an initial review by the editor to ensure compliance with the journal’s scope and formatting guidelines. Manuscripts that meet the requirements will then be sent to at least two reviewers for evaluation using a double-blind peer review system, in which both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous. The review process is aimed at ensuring the quality, originality, and scholarly contribution of each article before publication.

 

The International Journal of Innovative Elementary Education (IJIEE) implements a rigorous double-blind peer review process to maintain the quality and integrity of published articles.

1. Initial Screening: All submitted manuscripts are first evaluated by the editorial team to ensure compliance with the journal’s focus, scope, and formatting requirements. Manuscripts that do not meet the basic criteria may be returned to the authors without review.
2. Double-Blind Review: Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. In the double-blind system, both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process.
3. Review Criteria: Reviewers assess manuscripts based on originality, clarity, methodology, contribution to the field, relevance to elementary education, and adherence to ethical standards.
4. Decision: Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the editor makes one of the following decisions:
• Accept without revision
• Accept with minor revision
• Accept with major revision (resubmission required)
• Reject
5. Revision Process: Authors are expected to revise their manuscripts according to the reviewers’ comments and resubmit within the specified time frame. Revised manuscripts may be re-evaluated by the same reviewers.

Final Decision: The final decision regarding publication lies with the Editor-in-Chief, based on reviewers’ recommendations and editorial considerations.
