Hubungan Work–Life Balance dan Kepuasan Kerja Dengan Produktivitas Karyawan Milenial

Produktivitas kerja karyawan milenial menjadi isu strategis dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di era modern, seiring meningkatnya tuntutan fleksibilitas kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan pribadi. Work–life balance dan kepuasan kerja dipandang sebagai faktor psikososial penting yang berpotensi memengaruhi produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan work–life balance dan kepuasan kerja dengan produktivitas karyawan milenial di Universitas Bhakti Husada Indonesia (UBHI). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 125 karyawan milenial yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work–life balance memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan produktivitas karyawan (p = 0,000; r = 0,566), dengan kekuatan hubungan sedang. Kepuasan kerja juga berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan produktivitas karyawan (p = 0,000; r = 0,527), dengan kekuatan hubungan sedang. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan work–life balance dan kepuasan kerja cenderung diikuti oleh peningkatan produktivitas karyawan milenial. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkuat kerangka konseptual yang menempatkan faktor psikososial kerja sebagai determinan utama produktivitas serta memperluas bukti empiris pada konteks institusi pendidikan tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pengembangan model konseptual produktivitas karyawan milenial serta perumusan kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lebih adaptif. UBHI disarankan untuk mengembangkan kebijakan kerja fleksibel, lingkungan kerja yang suportif, serta sistem penghargaan yang adil guna mengoptimalkan kinerja generasi milenial.
