KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU SEKOLAH DASAR DALAM MENGELOLA PEMBELAJARAN TERPADU PADA KURIKULUM 2013

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran terpadu. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengidentifikasi kompetensi pedagogik guru dan pengelolaan pembelajaran terpadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi guru sekolah dasar pada pembelajaran terpadu. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket kompetensi pedagodik guru sekolah dasar berbentuk google form yang disebar melalui beberapa platform media sosial. Pengambilan data melalui para guru sekolah dasar yaang tersebar di Jawa Barat. Hasil dari penelitian ini meunjukkan sebagian besar guru memiliki kompetensi pedagogik dalam mengelola pemebelajaran terpadu, para guru memahami karakteristik peserta didik, menyelenggarakan pembalajaran bermakana, menyalurkan potensi peserta didik dan selalu berkomunikasi dengan peserta didik.
