MANAJEMEN KURIKULUM BERBASIS PENDIDIKAN HOLISTIK DI SEKOLAH ISLAM TERPADU: SEBUAH STUDI ETNOGRAFI

Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen kurikulum berbasis pendidikan holistik di Sekolah Islam Terpadu sebagai solusi atas persoalan dikotomi ilmu pengetahuan. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis strategi sekolah dalam mengintegrasikan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan spiritual dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi etnografi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian diolah melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum terintegrasi ini berhasil diimplementasikan, berkat kepemimpinan yang kuat dan konsistensi dalam menerapkan filosofi tauhid sebagai landasan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kunci keberhasilan terletak pada kemampuan manajemen sekolah dalam menerjemahkan nilai-nilai ideal menjadi praktik nyata. Implikasinya adalah pentingnya model manajemen holistik untuk menciptakan lulusan yang seimbang secara intelektual dan spiritual.
