IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN KESISWAAN DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER RELIGIUS SISWA DI SMA ASSA’ADAH BUNGAH GRESIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen kesiswaan dalam pembentukan karakter religius siswa di SMA Assa’adah Bungah Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pihak sekolah yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan kegiatan kesiswaan. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kesiswaan di SMA Assa’adah dilaksanakan melalui fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan secara sistematis. Implementasi manajemen kesiswaan tersebut diwujudkan melalui program pembiasaan religius, seperti kegiatan membaca doa dan Al-Qur’an sebelum pembelajaran serta pelaksanaan sholat dhuha berjamaah secara rutin. Program-program tersebut berkontribusi dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa yang tercermin pada beberapa indikator, yaitu ketaatan dalam menjalankan ibadah, perilaku jujur dan disiplin, sikap sopan dan santun, tanggung jawab terhadap tugas, serta kepedulian sosial terhadap sesama. emuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kegiatan kesiswaan yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan mampu mendukung proses internalisasi nilai-nilai religius dalam kehidupan siswa di lingkungan sekolah.
