Abstract

The phenomenon of bullying shows the degradation of attitudes, character, and morals of students that deviate from the values of Pancasila. Pancasila Education as Civic Education has a very important role as a subject that is oriented towards shaping the character and identity of the Indonesian nation. The research aims to develop a Learner Worksheet based on the RADEC (Read-Answer-Discuss-Explain-Create) model, integrating bullying prevention activities for elementary school students. With an R&D approach based on the ADDIE model, the draft student worksheet is validated by experts (PPKn lecturers, educational psychologists, elementary school teachers, and RADEC experts). RADEC-based student worksheet for the prevention of bullying in elementary schools has met the validity requirements based on quantitative and qualitative analysis. The Gregory validity coefficient of 0.85 indicates that this instrument is feasible and can be widely implemented in elementary schools, with the potential to become a systematic and reflective character learning medium. Student worksheet that have been validated can be used as the main media in thematic learning, character education, or violence prevention activities in schools. Teachers can use this worksheet as a reflective learning facilitator that encourages students to recognize the social situation around them, build inclusive dialogue, and foster the courage to report and resolve conflicts peacefully.
