Abstract

Civic Education plays an important role in forming good citizens, namely citizens who understand their rights and obligations, love their country, and are able to play an active role in community and state life. However, in reality, the process of learning PPKN students is still less than optimal due to the PPKN learning method which is only through lectures so that the motivation of PPKN students to learn is lacking and has an impact on learning outcomes. The purpose of the study was to analyze the Implementation of the Two Stay Two Stray Cooperative Learning Model in Strengthening PPKN Motivation and Learning Outcomes. The type of research is a literature study with an instrument in the form of a checklist of research materials. Analysis of research data through content analysis. The results of the study prove that the Implementation of the Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning model can be a strengthener of PPKN Learning Motivation and Learning Outcomes because it encourages students to actively exchange ideas between students in understanding the material so that student motivation and learning outcomes can be improved. Student Learning Motivation will increase due to the Two Stay Two Stray learning process which is oriented towards student activeness in expressing opinions on learning topics determined by the teacher. With the increase in learning motivation, it will have an impact on improving PPKN Learning Outcomes because it makes it easier for students to understand the PPKN learning material delivered by the teacher
