Dampak Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Inovasi Dan Sehatnya Organisasi (Studi Di Desa Kadubeureum Kecamatan Padarincang Kabupaten Serang)

Kepemimpinan sebagai salah satu fungsi manejemen hal yang penting untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak kepemimpinan transformasional Kepala Desa terhadap inovasi dan kesehatan organisasi. Kepemimpinan transformasional dengan bentuk kepemimpinan yang melibatkan pemimpin dalam menginspirasi, memotivasi, dan mengubah bawahan mereka. Inovasi merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing organisasi, sementara kesehatan organisasi mencerminkan kesejahteraan dan keberlanjutan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi keterkaitan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan inovasi organisasi. Kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki potensi untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang memungkinkan terjadinya inovasi. Pemimpin transformasional yang mampu mengkomunikasikan visi yang inspiratif, memberikan dorongan dan dukungan, serta memberdayakan bawahan mereka, dapat mendorong untuk berpikir kreatif, mengambil risiko, dan menciptakan solusi baru. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggali hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kesehatan organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, yang dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pentingnya pengembangan kepemimpinan transformasional dalam organisasi dan perhatian yang diberikan pada aspek inovasi dan kesehatan organisasi serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk praktik kepemimpinan yang mengutamakan kepemimpinan transformasional dan mengintegrasikan strategi inovasi dan kesehatan organisasi.
