Pengaruh Motivasi, Kompetensi Dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Dengan Kepemimpinan Sebagai Variabel Moderating

Tujuan penelitian: 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja. 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap. 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja. 4) untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan dapat memoderasi hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja. 5) untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan dapat memoderasi hubungan kompetensi dengan kinerja. 6) untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan dapat memoderasi hubungan budaya kerja dengan kinerja.
