Inovasi Strategi Keuangan RSUD Dr Adjidarmo Lebak dalam Peningkatan Pendapatan

Di tengah tekanan biaya operasional yang terus meningkat dan tuntutan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas, kemampuan rumah sakit daerah untuk mandiri secara finansial menjadi krusial. Inovasi strategi keuangan mencakup berbagai pendekatan, mulai dari optimalisasi pengelolaan klaim BPJS Kesehatan, diversifikasi layanan medis, pengembangan unit bisnis strategis, hingga efisiensi biaya operasional yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi dan dampak inovasi strategi keuangan dalam upaya peningkatan pendapatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Dr. Adjidarmo Lebak. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dengan manajemen keuangan, pimpinan unit layanan, dan staf terkait, serta analisis dokumen internal rumah sakit. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa RSUD Dr. Adjidarmo Lebak telah menerapkan beberapa inovasi strategi keuangan, seperti peningkatan akurasi koding dan verifikasi klaim, pengenalan layanan cashless, serta pengembangan layanan spesialisasi yang diminati masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang terlatih dan fluktuasi kebijakan kesehatan tetap menjadi hambatan. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan komitmen organisasi untuk terus berinovasi dalam manajemen keuangan demi sustainabilitas finansial dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan RSUD.
