Pengaruh Insentif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Masa Kerja Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Dikantor Pusar Redaksi Harian Pagi Lamongan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan masa kerja sebagai variabel moderasi di Kantor Pusat Redaksi Harian Pagi Lamongan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi, penelitian ini melibatkan 50 karyawan sebagai responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa insentif memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (thitung = 2,406; p < 0,05). Namun, masa kerja tidak memoderasi hubungan antara insentif dan kinerja karyawan (thitung = 0,050; p > 0,05). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa insentif merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, tetapi peran masa kerja tidak signifikan dalam memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya perusahaan merancang strategi insentif yang efektif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan, terlepas dari masa kerja mereka.
