Pengaruh Model Komunikasi Terapeutik dan Kompetensi Tenaga Kesehatan Terhadap Kenyamanan Pasien di Klinik Pratama St. Martin De Porres Ende

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terapeutik dan kompetensi tenaga kesehatan terhadap kenyaman pasien di Klinik Pratama St. Martin de Porres. Kenyamanan pasien dipandang sebagai indikator mutu layanan kesehatan primer yang mencakup dimensi fisik, emosional, sosial, dan psikologis. Metode penelitian campuran (mixed methods) yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain eksplanasi sekuensial (The Explanatory Sequential Design), diawali dengan kuantitatif digunakan melalui survei terhadap 100 Responden dengan pelengkap data kualitatif dari wawancara delapan informan. Hasil uji regresi parsial menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi terapeutik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kenyamanan pasien, sementara kompetensi tenaga kesehatan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Namun, secara simultan kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 9%. Temuan kualitatif mendukung pentingnya komunikasi empatik dan profesionalisme dalam menciptakan kenyamanan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan instrumen yang lebih valid serta eksplorasi variabel perantara seperti kepercayaan dan persepsi fasilitas, dengan pendekatan mixed-method atau Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk analisis yang lebih komprehensif di masa mendatang.
