Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana kecerdasan buatan berfungsi sebagai sistem strategis untuk menciptakan pengalaman karyawan yang dipersonalisasi melalui prediksi kebutuhan pengembangan, perencanaan karir berbasis data, dan dukungan kesejahteraan adaptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian kepustakaan untuk mengeksplorasi peran strategis kecerdasan buatan dalam personalisasi pengalaman karyawan. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa AI mengintegrasikan kinerja, kompetensi, pembelajaran, dan data strategis untuk merekomendasikan intervensi yang disesuaikan. Pasar bakat internal mencocokkan keterampilan karyawan dengan peluang di seluruh organisasi sambil memproyeksikan jalur karir alternatif dari data historis. Dukungan kesehatan menggunakan data perilaku tidak langsung untuk mendeteksi tanda-tanda kelelahan dini dan memberikan intervensi yang dipersonalisasi dengan mekanisme eskalasi manusia. Keberhasilan bergantung pada kualitas data, perlindungan privasi, mitigasi bias algoritma, penerimaan karyawan, keseimbangan sentuhan manusia, perubahan budaya yang mendukung, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan menggunakan metrik yang relevan. AI tidak menggantikan interaksi manusia tetapi membebaskan manusia untuk fokus pada aktivitas bernilai tinggi. Organisasi yang berhasil memanfaatkan AI untuk ersonalisasi mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif dalam menarik, mengembangkan, dan mempertahankan bakat. Transparansi privasi, dan kontrol karyawan atas data pribadi mewakili fondasi kepercayaan yang memungkinkan personalisasi. Mitigasi bias memerlukan audit teknis dan tinjauan manusia terhadap rekomendasi AI berisiko tinggi.
