Pengembangan LKPD Berbasis Problem Based Learning Terintegrasi Keterampilan Proses Sains Untuk Melatih Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Pada Materi Pertumbuhan dan Perkembangan Tumbuhan

Critical thinking skills remain a challenge in Biology learning, requiring learning materials that engage students in problem-solving and scientific activities. This study aimed to develop a Problem Based Learning (PBL)-based student worksheet integrated with Science Process Skills (SPS) on the topic of plant growth and development and to determine its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the Four-D (4D) development model and involved 30 Grade XI students at SMAS IT Al-Fityah Binjai. The results showed that the worksheet obtained 91.44% for media validation, 95% for subject matter validation, and 92.5% for instrument validation, all categorized as highly valid. The practicality scores were 93% from students and 100% from the Biology teacher, both categorized as highly practical. The effectiveness was indicated by an N-Gain score of 0.74, categorized as high (effective). Thus, the PBL-based worksheet integrated with SPS is suitable for Biology learning to develop students’ critical thinking skills
