Abstrak

Physical education planning is done carefully to meet the development, growth, and behavioral needs of each child. One of them in education in schools is physical education which has meaning, a learning process through physical activities designed to improve physical fitness, develop motor skills, knowledge in healthy and active living behavior, sportsmanship, and emotional intelligence. Therefore, the government has begun to set strategies so that learning can be carried out face-to-face. so that a new policy emerged regarding the implementation of limited face-to-face learning with applicable provisions, such as education personnel having vaccinated, learning was carried out by limiting meeting hours, and implementing strict health protocols. To keep yourself safe and avoid Covid-19, you must continue to do physical activity as a body movement produced by skeletal muscles that requires energy expenditure. Physical activity is defined as any form of body movement produced by skeletal muscles and produces significant energy expenditure and is divided into light, moderate, and heavy groups. Each activity requires a different amount of energy depending on the length of intensity and muscle work. Physical activity involves some form of physical exertion and voluntary movement that burns calories and causes a person's body to work harder than usual. Physical activity is any activity or activity that causes an increase in energy by the body beyond resting energy. Based on the description above, the author conducted a study entitled "Survey of Physical Activity During the Limited Face-to-Face Learning Period at Budi Utomo High School Jombang in the 2021/2022 Academic Year".
