Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Career Adapt-Abilities Scale–Short Form (CAAS-SF), Meaning in life Questionnaire (MLQ), dan Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa career adaptability berpengaruh positif terhadap meaning in life (B = 0,38; p < 0,001), dan meaning in life berpengaruh positif terhadap life satisfaction (B = 0,29; p < 0,001).
