Minat Siswa SMA Negeri Terhadap Olahraga Bola Tangan: Studi Survei di Kota Sukabumi

Perkembangan olahraga bola tangan di Indonesia tentu tidak terlepas dari minat masyarakat terhadap olahraga bola tangan itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui minat siswa SMA Negeri Kota Sukabumi terhadap olahraga bola tangan, jenis peneltian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional, pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen penelitian ialah kuesioner melalui google form. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas satu SMA Negeri Kota Sukabumi dengan teknik stratified sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 1853 responden. hasil penelitian minat siswa SMA Negeri Kota sukabumi terhadap olahraga bola tangan menunjukkan sebanyak 16%siswa memiliki minat dalam kategori sangat tinggi, sebanyak 34% siswa memiliki minat dalam kategori tinggi, sebanyak 33% siswa memiliki minat rendah, dan sebanyak 16% siswa memiliki minat sangat rendah. Dengan demikian secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat siswa SMA Negeri Kota Sukabumi terhadap olahraga bola tangan dinyatakan masuk dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 34%.
