Integrasi Data-Driven Decision Making (DDDM) dalam Penguatan Literasi Numerasi Pelaku UMKM

Rendahnya literasi numerasi dan kesenjangan adopsi teknologi merupakan tantangan utama bagi keberlanjutan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah bagaimana metode pengambilan keputusan berbasis data (Data-Driven Decision Making/DDDM) dapat diintegrasikan untuk meningkatkan literasi numerasi pelaku usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 32 artikel ilmiah periode 2006–2026. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa siklus DDDM mulai dari pengumpulan data transaksi hingga pemaknaan strategis bertindak sebagai kerangka belajar yang meningkatkan akurasi perhitungan operasional (seperti HPP) dan peramalan permintaan melalui bantuan kecerdasan buatan (AI). Kesimpulannya, penguatan literasi numerasi UMKM harus dilakukan melalui praktik sadar data yang didukung oleh kepemimpinan digital dan teknologi yang terjangkau.
