Abstract

Stop kontak merupakan instalasi listrik berfungsi sebagai penghubung arus listrik dengan peralatan listrik,  salah satu contohnya seperti lampu. Untuk bisa menyala dibutuhkan sebuah stop kontak, namun stop kontak manual dirasa kurang efektif  karena  dengan  berkembangnya  kebiasaan  manusia  meninggalkan  rumah dengan  keadaan  lampu  yang  masih  menyala. Dengan  perkembangan  teknologi saat ini yaitu  memanfaatkan teknologi internet of things (IoT), maka dibuatlah sebuah stop kontak pintar yang mampu  dikendalikan dari jarak jauh melalui sebuah smartphone. Stop kontak pintar dibuat dengan menggunakan  Wemos D1 R1 sebagai mikrokontrollernya, Sehingga pengguna tidak perlu merasa khawatir meninggalkan rumah dengan keadaan lupa belum mematikan lampu dan peralatan listrik lainya, untuk kemudian disumbangkan SLB Negeri Majalengka yang didalamnya terdapat penderita Tuna Daksa.
