Abstract

Beberapa tahun  terakhir kondisi pandemi covid-19 yang luar biasa seperti saat ini memberikan dampak yang luar biasa pada masyarakat. Tanggal 2 Agustus 2021, terdapat 38.480.764 kasus Covid-19 tercatat positif dan tercatat sebanyak 573.053 meninggal akibat Covid-19 yang terjadi di Asia Tenggara. Di Indonesia sendiri diketahui terdapat sebanyak 3.440.396 positif dan 95.723 kematian. Upaya mengatasi kasus Covid-19, untuk diri sendiri ataupun untuk keluarga dan orang sekitarnya, maka diperlukan panduan bagi masyarakat, salah satunya dengan mengonsumsi vitamin. Beberapa nutrisi yang paling sering disebut dan direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan fungsi sistem imun tubuh adalah vitamin berperan sebagai  imunomodulator, yaitu substansi dalam tubuh yang dapat mempengaruhi sistem imun, dengan menguatkan respon imun atau menekan imun agar tidak bereaksi berlebihan terhadap zat asing. Metode yang digunakan yaitu daring via zoom meeting menggunakan metode presentasi narasumber terhadap peserta. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dan mahasiswa/i mengenai Edukasi Vitamin sebagai Pembentuk Innate Immunity dan Adaptive Immunity di Masa New Normal
