PENYIAPAN DAN MEDIA BUDIDAYA MAGGOT DI DESA ENGGAL REJO KECAMATAN ADILUWIH KABUPATEN PRINGSEWU

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi atas permasalahan limbah organik dan ketersediaan pakan ternak di Desa Enggal Rejo, Pringsewu, melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan budidaya maggot Black Soldier Fly (BSF) (Hermetia illucens). Fokus utama kegiatan adalah penguatan kapasitas mitra dalam tahapan krusial, yaitu penyiapan dan pemilihan lokasi budidaya, serta persiapan indukan dan media penetasan/pembesaran maggot. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, demonstrasi praktik, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Hasil yang dicapai berupa meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah organik menjadi maggot berkualitas tinggi, yang berpotensi menjadi pakan alternatif bernutrisi dan membuka peluang ekonomi baru di desa.
