Optimalisasi Keamanan Pangan, Citra, Dan Daya Saing Produk Umkm Madu Trigona sp Melalui Kemasan Estetik di Desa Batuan Kaler

Kemasan merupakan sistem perlindungan produk yang berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai wadah, tetapi juga sebagai sarana komunikasi kepada konsumen Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan keamanan pangan, citra, dan daya saing UMKM madu Trigona sp. di Desa Batuan Kaler melalui pengembangan kemasan estetik berbasis standar keamanan pangan. Kegiatan diawali dengan tahap persiapan dan identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, kemudian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan partisipatif. Materi yang diberikan meliputi pemilihan bahan kemasan food grade, desain visual kemasan, serta kelengkapan label sesuai regulasi keamanan pangan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui diskusi dan umpan balik peserta terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mitra mengenai pentingnya kemasan yang aman, informatif, dan menarik secara visual dalam membangun persepsi kualitas produk. Implementasi kemasan estetik berbasis standar keamanan pangan diharapkan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan nilai tambah produk dan penguatan posisi kompetitif UMKM madu.
