Model Literasi Keuangan Berbasis Metode PARTNER (Participatory Training and Empowerment Resources) untuk Meningkatkan Kemandirian Ekonomi UMKM di Kepulauan Seribu
Abstract
Abstract
This community service program aims to improve the financial literacy of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Seribu Islands through the PARTNER (Participatory Training and Empowerment Resources) method. Thirty MSME participants from culinary, craft, and trade sectors were involved in participatory, practice-based training. The program was implemented in five main stages: participatory mapping, action learning, resource sharing, training and mentoring, and empowerment with evaluation. The results showed a significant increase in the average financial literacy score from 3.5 to 4.3 on a 5-point scale, particularly in preparing simple financial reports, separating personal and business finances, and using digital financial applications. Moreover, business owners who applied regular bookkeeping experienced a 10–15% increase in monthly turnover after training. The PARTNER approach proved effective in improving financial behavior and enhancing economic independence through a participatory, practical, and continuous learning process.
