PKM Peningkatan Daya Saing Usaha Melalui Digital Marketing Dan Strategi Penetapan Harga Pada Pelaku UMKM Di Jatinegara Kaum

Community service activities (Abdimas) can be a solution in overcoming community problems regarding digital business and equalizing the prices of goods and services in the community, especially in overcoming price inequality in MSMEs in Jatinegara Kaum, East Jakarta which was held for 1 day on June 14, 2025 in the Great Hall of the Jatinegara Kaum Residents' Meeting, East Jakarta. The partner's problem is not familiar with digital technology, small businesses that have just entered the digital market face challenges competing with large platforms, many MSMEs in Jatinegara Kaum face limited capital to purchase raw materials in large quantities, competition between MSMEs is very tight, MSMEs that have easier access to raw material suppliers tend to be able to maintain more stable product prices, MSMEs that buy from other suppliers cause raw material prices to be higher affecting product selling prices. Participants in this activity include MSMEs Actors and members of the Jatinegara Kaum Forest Farmers Group. The method used in this community service is Community Based Research (CBR) with a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) approach in training and mentoring. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of community service partners regarding the concept of calculating natural prices, selling price determination strategies and understanding how to market the products produced to be sold and known in the market using Digital Marketing.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat (Abdimas) dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan masyarakat mengenai bisnis digital dan penyetaraan harga barang dan jasa di masyarakat, terutama dalam mengatasi ketimpangan harga pada UMKM di Jatinegara Kaum, Jakarta Timur yang dilaksanakan selama 1 hari pada 14 Juni 2025 di Aula Besar Pertemuan Warga Jatinegara Kaum, Jakarta Timur. Permasalahan mitra adalah tidak familiar dengan teknologi digital, bisnis kecil yang baru memasuki pasar digital menghadapi tantangan bersaing dengan platform besar, banyak UMKM di Jatinegara Kaum menghadapi keterbatasan modal untuk membeli bahan baku dalam jumlah besar, persaingan antar pelaku UMKM sangat ketat, UMKM yang memiliki akses lebih mudah ke pemasok bahan baku cenderung bisa menjaga harga produknya lebih stabil, UMKM yang membeli dari pemasok lain menyebabkan harga bahan baku menjadi lebih tinggi berpengaruh pada harga jual produk. Peserta kegiatan ini meliputi Para Pelaku UMKM dan anggota Kelompok Tani Hutan Jatinegara Kaum. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Community Based Research (CBR) dengan pendekatan Forum Group Discussion (FGD) dalam pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terjadi peningkatan pemahaman mitra abdimas terhadap konsep perhitungan harga alamiah, strategi penetapan harga jual dan memahami bagaimana cara memasarkan produk yang dihasilkan terjual dan dikenal di pasaran menggunakan Digital Marketing.
