Penyuluhan Komunikasi Dalam Pengembangan Potensi Lokal Terkait Penanganan Pasca Panen Hasil Pertanian Bagi Petani di Desa Wuakerong

Komunikasi penyuluhan adalah proses penyampaian informasi kepada khalayak yang terkait, secara terencana, terpadu, dan berkelanjutan dalam rangka mengubah sikap, pendapat dan perilaku khalayak sasaran. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk memberdayakan petani agar mampu memaksimalkan potensi lokal mereka melalui keterampilan komunikasi yang lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan. Materi yang diberikan terkait penanganan pasca panen hasil pertanian yang baik dan efektif, meliputi pemberian bahan kimia, kerusakan yang terjadi terhadap hasil pertanian, ketahanan simpan hasil pertanian, penanganan pasca panen pertanian (pengeringan, pendinginan, pemulihan, standarisasi). Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan mulai dari bulan april-juni 2025 di Desa Wuakerong, Kecamatan Nagawutung, Kabupaten Lembata.
