Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat Desa Pasir Putih, Kecamatan Nagawutung, Kabupaten Lembata, mengenai pentingnya komunikasi interpersonal dalam membangun keharmonisan keluarga. Permasalahan yang diidentifikasi meliputi praktik pernikahan usia dini, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT), perantauan anggota keluarga, dan meningkatnya jumlah orang tua tunggal. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui sosialisasi dan diskusi kelompok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya komunikasi terbuka, empatik, dan pengelolaan konflik yang sehat dalam lingkungan keluarga. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap penguatan kohesi keluarga dan berpotensi menjadi model intervensi sosial yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah serupa
