Abstract

Sertifikasi penyuluh pertanian telah menjadi andalan atau garda terdepan untuk mempertahankan profesionalisme penyuluh pertanian. Akan tetapi, perlu dilihat bagaimana pencapaian kinerja yang dicapai oleh para penyuluh dalam pelaksanaan uji sertifikasi profesinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan Gambaran tentang bagaimana hasil dari pelaksanaan uji sertifikasi penyuluh pertanian. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode kualitatif dengan mengambil Lokasi pelaksanaan sertifikasi yang diadakan BBPP Lembang. Hasilnya ternyata dari keenam unit kompetensi, ada dua unit kompetensi yang dirasa menjadi tantangan berat bagi para penyuluh yaitu unit evaluasi pelaksanaan penyuluh pertanian dan pengkajian penyuluhan pertanian.
